Abberly Market point allows 3 animals per apartment with the maximum of 2 dogs (no breed restrictions). Sorry, no exotic animals allowed.
No, we do not have breed restrictions but we do require a meet and greet with the animals to make sure they are not vicious.
There are non-refundable fees to go along with being an animal owner. The first animal requires a $350 non-refundable fee. An additional $150 non-refundable fee is required per each additional animal. Animal fees are not applied to any expenses as a result of animal damage or cleaning charges. We also have Doggie DNA and animals must be registered at the time of move in. We do not charge a monthly rent.
Unlike most apartment communities, Abberly Market Point does not require a security deposit with approved credit. We have a non-refundable, one time fee of $175.

You may call the office during business hours or submit a work order online. After hours emergencies, please call the office and leave a message for our 24-hour Emergency Maintenance Staff.

Abberly Market Point does not have an after hours drop box. Payments may be made online after hours through our website or the Rentcafe app.
People are able to stay up to 14 days. After that they must be added to the lease if 18+ years old.

Abberly Market Point offers Parcel Pending for our residents usage. You must sign up for Parcel Pending to receive package(s).

Patrick did a quick and efficient repair. Done within two hours of the request. He left great communication about what repairs were done as well. He has been the one who has done most of my repairs and he is always fantastic.

Anytime we need anything we truly hope Haley is the one answering the phone when we call. She is a huge asset to the community and always makes us feel like we’re right at home.
